What does my card keep declining 😡😡

As mentioned above by the CM (Community Manager) and one of our game experts, if you are playing on an IOS device and have recently updated the Apple software, there appears to be a glitch that some of the players are experiencing where they cannot make a purchase. This issue has been brought to the studio's attention and they are investigating the problem.
However, if you are playing on a different device, please post what device you are using in the comment area below so we can help you further.

@sammuir , Hi and welcome. Hopefully the advice above has helped but Can i ask what device you are using to try make payments and are you getting any error massages. I only ask this as there has been a couple of problems on iOS the last couple of days with an error message

Unfortunately King dont accept direct payments from clients. All the purchases are regulated by third party it depends what device and system you are using. Like if you are using.
kindle.......Amazon.
Ipad/iphone......Apple
Windows.......microsoft.
Android..... Google
So you have to contact to your purchase service provider and do the settings accordingly and then you can purchase anything.
