@gurbettas Hi, when you contact support and tell them what level you are on with your game ID they will manually restore your levels. So when they have told you its been done all you will need to do is sign out and restart your device and then log back in and your levels should be back to normal.
If that's a ticket number above means they have automatically acknowledged your query and will be in touch with you

I can also help you with getting your levels restored if you don't get any reply from Player Support.
Please let me know the level you were at so i know where to move your game to and also the Game ID.
Number 104034214 is not a valid Game ID, there's one digit missing in the number. Could you double check the correct number?
