@jklbrownie Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters and lives are stored on the device itself , so if you change devices they are not transferable unless you had any bought unused boosters you can then contact customer support and they may help you with these. For lost levels please see post below for information on getting your levels recovered

Very sorry about the boosters issue but as explained above by freddy changing phone device or reinstallation will always be a reason to lose your boosters.
For contacting player support please try again but use different topic this time. Sometimes it takes a little time to get a response from them. But important thing is that did you get your progress back on track with the help of above link or not. Tell us if you still have difficulty in it.

If your old phone is still working, please play the game (no SIM card needed) and utilise those booster to help you level up.
As for the game progress, I hope you've signed in to either FB or king account when you play on your old device to make sure your progress is saved. If none, please read the article below on how to save progress.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊
By the way, these events/features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game and you have still your saved boosters with old device if you haven't uninstall your old device yet. 😊

Boosters and Lives are not backed up to Facebook or your King account as your levels and Gold Bards.
Therefore they do not transfer over automatically when connecting the game to your account on your new phone. You can sync them over with a backup system like iCloud, SD-card depending on what options your device has.
If the level is not synced, then make sure the game is properly connected to your Facebook or King account on your old device, try also disconnecting and reconnecting to your account and the levels should be synced over.
