Trouble shooting
Hi there, i have a question.
I am using chrome on pc to play candy but since yesterday suddenly the game doesn't load. When i hit the candy icon the screen goes to the well known orange square and background but it doesn't load up. Same thing happens when trying this with microsoft Edge.
First i thought my settings weren't up to date (although its a bit weird that the day before it all worked perfectly) but still i checked all the needed plugins (adobe flash, java) and all were at latest updates, including chrome itself. I did all the things u describe here (reset default, clearing history etc etc) but no show.
The weird thing is however that i can play all other king games without any issue. Only not candy crush saga. It looks to me that if it is a setting, it would interfere with all other king games, but like i said only candy can'tbe played. The other games work perfectly

Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. 😔
