Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. 😔
But you can download this game then save your progress (Mobile Devices) :

Some player in Facebook groups report cannt open Candy Crush Saga on Facebook . I have no problems, check on Facebook under Settings the game is set to active.
