There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game to not load. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page below
Please note that Microsoft do no longer support Windows 7, therefore it's best to upgrade to Windows 10 to make sure all works well on the PC.
If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. You can sync your progress to the app just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download it from Microsoft Store here:

Yes there was an issue reported and our studios are confirming that the matter has been fixed but few players are still claiming that the issue is still there.
Please keep checking time to time fix can approach any time if not yet. You may also check a different browser as claimed by one player that its working on microsoft edge.

Thank you for all of your replies. Everything you recommended was on all the other thread I read. I tried everything. This is a Chromebook and isn't able to get a different browser. I've been using it to play the game for years and I don't understand why it wouldn't still work.

@untildawn222 Hi, there were many people with this issue yesterday and most reported by the end of the day that it was ok . So think it may be a temporary issue and hopefully you will find the same shortly. If you have done all the tips above only thing i can think left to try is to uninstall facebook and then reinstall and see if this helps, but as said above it may be a temporary problem

@untildawn222 This should be fixed now, so clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you still have issues with the game.
If the game then still won't load, please email our Player Support about this from HERE. Remember to enter the same email address that you use for login on your Facebook account, so they will find your account and to avoid an auto reply.
