New device - retained my rank but lost my levels
Hi!
I got a new phone because mine broke. I was previously on level 4000-something of candy crush, and I did have the game connected to facebook. I'd transferred my progress to new devices in the past with no issue. However, this time when I downloaded candy crush and connected to facebook, it has me back at level one. It still shows my rank as being 113, but no actual progress in the game. Is there any way to get my levels back?

@raeofsun Hi and welcome, Please try playing a level and see if this forces your game to connect to the server correctly as sometimes it needs this. If this does not work please see post below for help in getting your levels restored

Since your player rank is correct then your levels will come back and you will find your solution through the following steps.
If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook friends list since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the game hasn't the access all lives will stay blocked. Check here for more help on this.

@Sukanta_Biswas I tried that, and it didn't work. Is there anything else I could do? I contacted King through the app as well and they told me to delete the FB app, clear my cache, and restart my phone. When I did this oddly it got me to level 35? But still not the level I was at before, which was in the 4000s. My rank still shows as 113.
