Candy Crush Saga not loading properly in Facebook.

I have not been able to play for days as I receive an error message saying 'You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment.'

My wife and daughter play on the same computer without any problem.

Any suggestions please.

At the moment some players are facing problems in the game due to some temporary error of Facebook.The problem has been reported to Facebook support from King and I hope the issue will be resolved quickly.

@Mickey_Poland Hi and welcome, This has been popping up for a few people with different king games since Facebook platform update but the standard trouble shooting tips seem to work

Please check your browser is up to date and clear your browser history , then log out and restart your device and log back in. see if this resolves your issue, it may give you the same error message first time so then just refresh the page
