My mother was playing the game and suddently she lost the progress in the game. She is 70 years old and is the only game she plays. She was at the level 2300 more or less, she can't remember exactly. I saw that it is possible to recover the level if you send an email to the support center but i can't find it. I tried through the app, but the email they sent me was only with a faq.
Could anyone tell me to what email should i send my question?
