A lot of players are suffering from this issue. The matter is related to facebook and already reported. Hopefully it will be settled down soon.

As mentioned above - quite a few players are still having issues with sending and receiving lives, you are not alone with this issue. The studio is aware and has been working with Facebook to try and resolve this issue. Hopefully you will be able to send and receive lives again soon.

Currently there is an issue with sending and receiving lives which is being investigated, but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this
