If something went wrong in your game and you didn't get the reward for reaching level 8000 in the game, don't worry! Tiffi is keeping a track on this and sending all players the reward afterwards.
If you missed out the level 8000 rewards, keep the app updated and the reward will pop later on!

I reached level 8,000 but I do not receive the free boosters rewards n also no acknowledgement that I have reached maximum level 8,000. Pls check n give me the boosters which I needed badly for next new update levels . Ty

Don't remember in the past when we pass the milestones were so many people that doesn't get the prize. In the last time there really is a growing amount of problems, it's because of less tests for new released levels in large quantities or is it intentional.
