There are several reasons that your boosters are missing. But I hope that you didn't reinstall the app, change new phone or clear app data (Android device) as these will permanently delete the boosters stored in your phone. If this does not apply to you, then most likely you are disconnected from your King/Facebook account. If yes, please refer below on how to recover those boosters.
You'll now connect to your King account and your progress, Boosters, and Gold Bars again.
If both of these methods do not recover your Boosters, we can offer support and replacement for any you purchased but had not yet used. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom of this page.
If the Boosters were won or obtained for free in the game, we do not offer a replacement.

@dennisealexandre Hi and welcome. In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself . So if your device or game crashes , you do an uninstall or even change phones your boosters are not transferable or lost and are unrecoverable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you can contact customer support and they should help you with these
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
