I'm stuck at level 611 Frog - Candy Crush Saga every day

Since on the screenshot the colour of the Frog is green did you try matching Candies with the colour he is, for e.g.: "Green" if you don't match Candies which aren't of his colour he will just keeps opening and closing his mouth. And also the back licorice drops down if you don't remove them from the board.
Tips on passing level 611:
- The bottom half of the board is filled with licorice swirls that need to be cleared as soon as possible. Look to create large combinations at the top half of the board to start the level.
- The best way to start clearing the bottom half of the board is to create vertically striped candies. Activate the vertically striped candies in a column where the licorice swirls need to be removed and where there is a hazelnut or cherry.
- In this episode of Candy Crush, the frog has been introduced to us. The frog can help you in this level to clear the licorice swirls more quickly.
- Make matches with the frog to help fill him up. Once he is full you will be able to move him down to the bottom half of the board. When he is activated he will clear our multiple licorice swirls.
- Continue to move him around the board and fill him up when possible. Look to place him on top of licorice swirls to help you use your moves effectively.
- Once you have cleared the bottom half of the board, look to bring down the ingredients. Take a look around the board and make sure you notice where the ingredients are falling.
- When the ingredients come onto the board, make sure that the column is free of blockers. If there are any licorice swirls in its way, the ingredient will not be able to fall to the bottom.
- Look to activate special candy combinations, such as vertical striped candies, in the column where the ingredients are. This will help you to collect the ingredients much faster.

You have to match the frog with same color of candies untill it starts sparkling when it does that then you can click on frog and move it to another place where the frog will clear a square area around him.
Black liquorice always comes back if you dont destroy licuorice in straight 2 moves. So keep destroying them.

Level 611
This level have normal difficulty and you need to use good technique to complete this level. For this level you should try to play near to frog and combine him with same color candy. After he eats few take him to the middle of blockers to break them. After play near to ingredients to take them to the bottom or make striped candy with colorbomb combo or any other special combo to take all ingredients to the bottom within few moves.
