App closing when watching an ad

    Same thing is happening to me. It is extremely annoying, to say the least. Try to watch a video to win moves to finish a game, it crashes. Try to watch a video to win a bonus before starting a game, it crashes. Try to watch a video for anything, it crashes. Advertisers won't be happy paying money and users unable to see their adverts.

    Arnold Clark video plays though.

  • Wouldn't like to think i was paying to advertise and no one can see my adverts, i wonder if the advertisers know they're wasting their money.

    Hi and Welcome to our Community

    Make also sure that the app is updated and also your Android system is updated to latest available version, but at least Android 5 is required.

    Check also that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device.

    Mine is the same it started yesterday so freed up some space uninstall then reinstalled worked OK

    Started playing today and bonus videos wont play just shuts the game down when you press on videos

    Samsung Galaxy Tab sm-t825 latest ver of android

    Keeps crashing when going to collect points / bonuses/ extra moves. When attempting to watch a video the curtains open and then the game closes and resets to the launch icon. This has just happened in the last few days. Before that it has worked ok without this problem. 

    Just a wild guess but could this be because the game cannot collect adverts ?

    Any help much appreciated.  thanks.

    Please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case. If not Very sorry about this. i think a temporary error as some others also having this issue. But some also claim that it rectified itself. Hopefully it will be alright after some time.

    Several other players are complaining of this. The studio will need to look at the issue, probably not until Monday when they are back at work.
