I have completed my tasks, but my chocolate box want open so I can’t claim my prize.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.
Check your internet connection if it's connected or see if the connection is slow it might be causing the issue with not allowing you to claim the prize.

One of the players here has reported the same issue and has tagged our CM to look into it. If there is any update, will let you know.
In the meantime, please do the standard troubleshooting steps as suggested above or simply click on game map, disconnected from your internet/WiFi, wait for few seconds, then reconnect back to the internet/WiFi before clicking on the event tab and chocolate box quests. Hopefully, you will be able to claim your prize.

I am having the same issue. I have tried all the recommended steps and it still won't open.
Several players are reporting this today. It must be glitching. The studio will need to take a look at it if it doesn't resolve itself. Sorry for your problem. I hope it's fixed soon.
Same thing happening to me too. Been greyed off on “claim prize” for days now 😕
Have you tried updating and restarting your device. I thought this was fixed already. Good luck.
I completed all quests and then closed the game. When reopen to claim the reward, the claim reward button was not active and unable to claim the reward and move for next quest. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the games but did not solve this problem
