Hello,
so yesterday for whatever reason all my inventory disappeared. Can somebody explain why?
Weeks before I spent hours playing this game to get 4 Party Boosters & other stuff, for what?
Currently I’m level 7871, and for the first time in years I’m thinking about deleting this app. FIX IT!

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I think you need to contact our player support directly from the settings of your game application. They can check your game and see what is the exact issue. You may also contact by this below link but contacting directly from the game settings is preferred.

@EPmethod Hi and welcome, If you are playing on a mobile device (as you say app ) the boosters are stored on the device itself , they are not saved to your Facebook account only your gold and levels are synced on your account in the case of mobile devices. So if your device or game crashes, you reinstall or even change device your boosters are lost / Not transferable.
Only if you had any unused purchased boosters you should contact customer support and they should help you with these
If you are playing vis facebook or Windows 10 app, then contact customer support so they can look in to your issue

If it's not a problem with logging through a different account or changing a device, then you'll probably need to contact your Player support via game application. They can restore purchased boosters, but restoring other boosters may prove tricky (since they are stored on the device and not servers).
