Not getting daily rewards, boosters etc when I win them
Why are we not getting our freebies, daily rewards, boosters. what we win on spins etc. in CC Saga.? Seems totally unfair. I've been playing for 3 years. This started several months ago, I contacted King but it's never been fixed.its if people complaining about this.

Sorry, I made a mistake in understanding your problem.😥
If your problem starts recently, I suggest you wait a bit. And if the problem starts a few days ago, check the troubleshooting below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Please let me know again.

I am still not getting more than the 1st daily reward. I am playing in Facebook on my laptop. When I sign into facebook there is no save button. I still get all of them on my cell phone but find it difficult to play because my eyesight doesn't like the size of the game.

No this has been going on for months. I’ve talked to others that are having the same problem. I have emailed 3 or 4 times before about this problem bur nothing has changed!
Well it worked for a short while but it's the same old deal....C.C. sends a few reward to make up for the hundred we don't receive and tell us they're working to get it resolved. Works for a few games and back to square l. Only now I don't receive them on iPad, PC or phone. It's totally frustrating! I've been winning time with boosters on Fantastic Five for several weeks now and not a single one goes to my game. Why doesn't CC just stop offering games with rewards because it's a total joke!!!
Only booster that I ever get is the Daily Booster Wheel, period.
