    I haven't started my 45 New Levels yet, for today 11/25/2020. However, I see nothing in my "Events" list on "Yeti's Thanksgiving Challenge". So do I just do the 12 levels for today, then get paid later. Or do I wait on the event to show up?

    I only use "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App", for now. 

    Have to spread these 45 levels out to do these 3 missions.

    Well let me know. Clock is ticking, last day on this 1st mission for 12 levels to be done.

    My first mission:

    I only got 1 level 794, i could not pass level 795 (so difficult, I had to use a booster, the hand, exchange wrapped colour)

    Hello @Origins7_Dale @Pounawea @Crazy Cat Lad I don’t have this challenge either 😞. But I’m not wondering anymore, I don't seem to get different events very often. In my opinion not fair to the players I do miss a lot of prizes. For example I have never had Dexter and what I’ve heard you can win good prizes. Playing this game for many years but don’t get the good stuff. Yes you can say I am disappointed.

    I do not have Yeti’s Thanksgiving Challenge under my events either-is there limited access to this challenge or should it be available to everyone? Also, I keep reaching out to different people (assuming I was messaging the appropriate people) about never receiving my rewards/prizes for contest/event/finishing 1st place wins. I’m super bummed about it. What can I do? Any advice would be great! Thanks so much! 😉✌️

    Did you all manage to complete the first mission? With 12 levels completed?

    Today mission 2 starts with collecting 4 Sugar Stars. Make sure you get them before the weekend and the third mission to increase your rewards.

    Even though you missed the first mission on Tuesday and Wednesday, you can still complete the the two remaining and get rewards on Monday!

    Hi @Annwat @Yosca,

    On this "Yeti’s Thanksgiving Challenge", it seems to be a limited event. Since both myself & @Yosca didn't get it. I am on Win 10, she is on iPad.

    For @Yosca first. Why don't you try switching up. Use your PC with Win 10 Desktop App. Might get something you didn't get with wifi / mobile. Btw, it is not the players, that King is testing, it is the "Device". So the more "Devices" you use, the better the odds are, you will get other things, that the other devices don't have yet. Can't hurt to try. We can't have our favorite Game Expert Fairy being disappointed. I mean it is the holiday season. 😃

    On "Rewards". It depends. On contest here at King Community, on any winnings you didn't get, contact / tag the Host CM or Superstar of the event, or PM them. Page 1 will tell you who is Hosting the contest.

    On "Rewards", you didn't get from the game, need to contact King Support. Since we don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.

    Here is what you will need:


    • *User ID#
    • *Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot *Or any issues you have, like "Error Codes", etc...
    • *Name Of Game
    • *Device You Play On





    You can use the above link to contact support, or use the contact us thru the game. 

    Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select what you want done and they will be able to give you a solution!

    On "Gold Bars" or a "Purchase".

    Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars" and they will be able to give you a solution!

    Be sure to answer the automated response you get. I would say "Support" is backlogged now because of the virus. So expect "Delays".
