Candy Crush will not connect to Facebook

My friends are not showing my Facebook friends and I cannot send or receive life’s from others ... I lost my level from before is there anyway to help me.

@bfly888 Hi and welcome, Can you tell us if you have any error messages or possibly post a screenshot of any errors you are receiving when trying to connect, is it like below

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this

I play the game everyday I can...
