This is already being looked into and hopefully fixed soon.

Have you tried force closing/ force stopping the app, then restart the device and open the game again? That should help.

Hi, When I start the game it opens on the treat calendar screen and the red cross that allows you to exit is not there and I cannot seem to exit in any way. Please help!!!

I can’t get past the treat calendar to play. There is no “x” in the corner to close the page to allow me to play. I’m at a level over 2500 and have never had this happen before. I’ve cleared cookies and there is no new update for app. I’ve turned off my phone and restarted. Nothing is working.

Hi Kiara,

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. Yes I tried that already.

I uninstalled the game now and its currently downloading now again so I'll check if it helps and get back to you....

Hopefully I won't lose any progress and/or boosters.

Great news!!! After downloading and installing it again, its up and running!!

Just have to collect all boosters again unfortunately!

Hi crusher @kqferrier please be patient as this problem is being looked into and might recur when you open the calendar. Its probably a bug in the new update. As of now you can just follow Kiara's instructions
