For your information, I've yet to see this feature in my game. It could be still at testing stage, thus, the feature is still unstable. My suggestion is that they could try disconnecting the device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for several seconds before reconnecting the device to the internet and see if they could claim the rewards.
Or, they may perform the usual troubleshooting i.e. log out from game, restart device, wait for few seconds or more and log back into the game.
Please let us know if there are other issues in the game that requires help.

Olivia has a new mission and reward for you every day this week! Collect a specific candy to get a reward from Olivia and her Daily Baking Show. You will need to complete the challenge the same day, since the next day Olivia will have a new quest for you.

As mentioned, I don't have the challenge in my game and I guess not all players have it. Is their game freeze/not loading? If yes, please refer to this page for mobile or here for computer.
Based on what have been reported in the past in Support Section by players that they are not able to claim rewards in features/challenges, I'm guessing it could be due to the overwhelming game server, stability issue etc. regardless it's test feature or not. May be @Crazy Cat Lad can provide further insights.

@Tzvi_Marcu Hi and welcome, The community does not deal with missing reward issues and they would need to contact customer support, but if this is a widespread issue it may be the case that we may need to wait for the game studio to rectify the error. Would try customer support until will get some news on this

Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
