Booster ads go black!!!
Posting on behalf of my mum. She has been playing for years and last couple of days when she watches the adds to get boosters the screen just goes black. I have read other discussions and have tried everything and it just doesn’t work. I have updated everything, reinstalling it, cleared memory & cache, I have literally tried every suggestion under similar posts and nothing is working???

Have you tried to push the home button on phone then the recent button and shows where it was black screen usually when I go back to it will actually finish ad and give me booster.

How much RAM storage on the device?

Hello and welcome, you might not get the feature because it is in the Test Group (I never had it). But it will eventually get to your game.

The issue with ads going black or not working is under investigation.

I have been having the same issue with screen going black too! Hope it gets fixed soon as it is preventing me from being able to play the game. It literally is happening after every other ad!
