@rdp1951 The issue is not that you have no internet /wifi, . it is an issue with the connection from your device to the king game servers. There can be many reasons for this from simple server issues to more complex issues.
Can you provide a screenshot of any error messages you are receiving

Hi @rdp1951 welcome to the community. I see that you have received some responses to your question. I'd like to ask you if you are playing on computer (Windows 10) or mobile device? Are you playing through Facebook or King? Sometimes there are issues with Facebook so if that is how you are playing the game, please try through King to see if that helps you. Thanks for the tag @FlaringCrystal120! @rdp1951 welcome to our community. I just went to the other message and some players have answered you. If you are playing through Facebook chances are that it might be on their end and that could be another explanation as to why you are not able to connect. Are you playing on computer or mobile device? Have you ever tried playing through King?
I will go back to your other question where FlaringCrystal120 is saying this is a duplicate and respond there too. I will close this in the meantime because it's not clear what you are saying here.
