my old device iphone 11 - game level 5323

however, when I logged in my King account in my new device iphone 12 - game level 2046 only

how can i get back my game level 5323?

Sorry, it didn't help. I have saved my progress (Level 5323) in King account in my old device. But I logged in the same King account in my new device, the Level is only 2046.

Is there any way to restore my level 5323 in my new device? Thanks
