Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@mansoure Hi and welcome, try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 secs and then reconnect and try again
If this does not work revert back to your old password and see if this gets you back in to the game. then log out and try to change your password again. Restart you device after password change
The connection error is a problem as the only fix for this is to uninstall and reinstall ,but in doing this if this is a mobile device you will lose all stored boosters and lives

If you change your account password while the game is logged in, your game app may be corrupted.
This problem has been reported but you need to uninstall and reinstall the game app to get a solution right now. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but will solve your problem.
