@paigehcm Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date clear the cache from your app store or browser , log out and and restart your device . then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Also check your Facebook app settings and make sure everything is active

Ok i will contact support and see what they say the issue is as not received even a request for a life never mind received a life and i am fully up to date on all devices and more than 2 people in last few days with same issues.
Quite funny really receiving loads through CCSS just not CCS both win 10 app
