@DMitchell Hi and welcome, Sounds like you jsut have a connection to the server issue. On your computer check the device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device then log back in and see if you levels sync
If you have your levels on one device you have not lost any levels its just a connection to the server issue

@DMitchell Hi Again, If you have your levels on one device, it can only be a connection issue with your device to the server.
There has been an issue with some of the later liphones not loading so not sure if this is linked to why your not syncing correctly. All i can suggest is try to keep logging out and restarting you rapp to see if it eventually syncs correctly

In fact, the game from your iPhone is not syncing with the server, and the last sync was when you were at level 4730. Now it is very necessary to do the latest sync with the server from your iPhone, so check the game app update and restart the device. When the sync process from iPhone is normal, your game progress will sync to both devices.
Also check if there is a connection problem with the iPhone app.
