Hello and welcome to the community.
Sometimes the jelly fish do not target the jelly or blockers. Level 7966 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect chocolate, waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level. First collect the keys and at the same time work your way down the board to the spawners at the bottom of the board. The spawners need to be destroyed as soon as you can as they will block your candies with licorice locks. Once the keys are collected you will be able to use combos to clear the waffles on the right side of the board. Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos to use as this will clear jelly as well as the waffles.

@nursiepooh Hi Again, Yes the Swedish Fish can be a nightmare and its a long running issue on some levels with them not targeting what you expect. I know they were looking in to this at one point, but not sure if this is still the case. All i can say is try not to rely on them to much as they can be very handy on levels and others what you are now experiencing
