Can i restore my lost progress?

I went back to level 1 based on advice to help skip a level. i was in 678 or something like that. 171 gold bars, lots of boosters. I'm not synced to FB or king account. Can i restore my progress back to where I was?

Thanks for the information. I've sent a request on the Contact Us sheet. fingers crossed they can restore my progress. Otherwise, I'll be deleting the app. Thanks to those who responded.

You mean support? When you contact them, you receive a first automated message informing you that they received your request, shortly after you will receive a personalized attention message, you will have to reply to that message with the information they request there. However, if you register on king.com and play with that account, your progress will automatically start saving.

Yes, I understand the difference between an automated message and a message that addresses my issue. Also, my issue was that i was not signed on to either king of FB and lost all my progress (including all gold bars, boosters, etc)

@beeshady Hi and welcome, Create a king or facebook account put your game ID on here and the level you were on and i will Private message the CM to see if he can get your levels manually restored. Please bear in mind that he will only answer in his work hours so you will have to be patient

Thank you so much. This was helpful. I've been communicating with Kratos. He said he can restore me back to my level (688), but i will lose everything else I earned - 171 gold bars, boosters, lollipop hammers, the fishes, the saucers, etc. Is it possible to restore without losing all those bars and boosters? The User ID on my account is showing up as 12418462763.
