Please search for the update and clear the cache and start again. Please leave your device switched off for 15 minutes and then restart it. Also, look for a 100% internet connection.

If this does not help, the only option is to uninstall. Then boosters and lives can be lost. This is the last thing I would do.
Hello and welcome, you can try checking your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your issue.
If not try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.
There is a long standing connection issue in the game and unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this, uninstalling may resolve your issue as a last resort but you would lose any stored boosters and lives.
