Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Hello. I'm at level 1148 in candy crush saga but it's about few months that I can't contact store. I live in Iran and I using vpn!!

Candy Crush version 1.198.0.2

My game user id --->7982121898

 I have clearing cache, clearing data and reinstalling the game many times but just my boosters is gone :(

I will be glad if you help me solve my problem.

My booster wheel has been stuck on loading for about 5 months now,why does this keep happening? I lose alot of levels due to that. Please help, I deleted the game,reinstalled it,clear cache files,updated the game logged out and logged in, sent in my game ID and it's tha same thing.
