Why can't I log into Candy Crush Saga?
I cannot log into candy crush from my pc. I have tried all of the suggestions, but still cannot log in. When I try to log in the log in window displays and allows me to enter my log in information. However when I click the log in button, nothing happens. Also, I have the same problem if I select the recover password option. It send me a link, but I still cannot log in. Can anyone help me?

According to the screenshot, you didn't type your email there, did you hide it in the screenshot for post?

Hi @djbingo I probably understand your problem and I expect some more information from you.
Are you getting an error message when you click on the log in button?
Have you checked through another browser to see if there is a similar problem?

Sukanta_Biswas - I masked my email address. No I do not get an error message when I click the login button - when I click the login button the screen just sits there. Yes I tried multiple browser types. Yes I put in my email address (I masked the email address on my screen shot).
