Hello. I'm at level 1148 in candy crush saga but it's about few months that I can't contact store. I live in Iran and I using vpn!!

I have clearing cache, clearing data and reinstalling the game many times but just my boosters is gone :(

cannot buy using gold coin or receive life notification and giving life notification... If want to buy extra move keep loading on contacting store....

My booster wheel has been stuck on loading for about 5 months now,why does this keep happening? I lose alot of levels due to that. Please help, I deleted the game,reinstalled it,clear cache files,updated the game logged out and logged in, sent in my game ID and it's tha same thing.
