If you game is saved on you phone then this is just a connection issue or the wrong details. Try signing out and in on your phone device and then when you know the correct details use this on your ipad and it should sync correctly.
Also please remove your email from the post as this is your personnel data and could be open to abuse. click cog wheel in top right of your post and edit

Ok - i tried logging in and out on the ipad and even deleted and re downloaded the app. The login/account information is accurate.
Logged in and out on iphone and am still showing level 4143. Logged in and out on ipad with the same credentials and still just show level 11?
@dsmith1669 Very strange as if your progress is definitely saved on one device it can only be an issue syncing to the server. not much else it could be. You cannot even get support to restore your levels as your account levels are saved.
Check your game ID on both devices to see if they match
The reason I was inquiring today is I have a new phone I just upgraded to and knew I would need to move my app to the new phone. Logged in with the same credentials and now I am on level 11 on my new device. Just lost 4132 levels of progress. I've tried logging in and off multiple times on new iphone and ipad and it just reverts to level 11 everytime. I have screen shots from earlier this morning showing my actual progress if that could help anyone restore my account/access?
