Cant watch videos for bonuses

Hi can anyone tell me why I cannot watch videos anymore for bonuses... I used to be able to watch videos for extra moves and power up and now nothing... I have tried re installing as well as clearing the cache but no luck.. the game used to be fun but now it is just frustrating as I can barely make any progress

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Any feature that provides you boosters can never be considered permanent. King states that every feature is provided to random groups of people, but having had a feature does not guarantee that you will keep that feature indefinitely.
If you have purchased anything you are all but guaranteed to lose any feature that provides you with free boosters.
Sounds like you have completed the recommended troubleshooting techniques, so all you can do now is wait to see if your features return.

That's very true @Alienscar about losing certain things after purchasing boosters. I never usually spend money here but happened to have extra cash during pandemic lockdown. Im kicking myself for it now. 😵

Thanks for the information @maryjane117. Do you still buy boosters? I am just wondering because if you aren't it will be helpful if you can post if you get any of your lost features back after a certain time.

Very very rarely now if at all and only $1.99 if I do. I was (very regrettably lol) spending much more when I was buying regularly. I will definitely keep you posted on what happens if anything. It also seems like the "weekly deal" has gone from $.99 to $1.99 or $2.99 now also so I'm hoping that changes.
