Hello,
I had to reinstall Candy Crush Saga also. Had send email to King Support.
Same problem as Saga, server problem.
I'm at level 1558 at CCS, so that's okay, password okay now with King.
I lost my golden Trophy šin hints: printscreen downstairs. Hope support can fix it all?

Guess you mean, you lost your *Master Trophies List Feature? Have updated you below. I do the *Scores, *Tips, etc... for it, but I am a *Soda Moderator, not a *Candy Moderator. Tagged a few of them for you, above.
However, I will try to help. If you go to *Page 40 below, my *Tips cover this issue.
Can go to your *PC, download the *Win 10 PC - Desktop App, see if you get it back. The more *Devices you have with *Saga loaded on them, your chances increase on perhaps getting this. Have to keep it loaded & updated.
Can contact *King Support, see what they say on it. One other player I know lost it, got it back after a few months. Also, you changed *Passwords a few times on the *Soda Game, if you recall. Did you do the same on *Saga? Not a good idea, because *Game Databases can become corrupted from you doing this, having multiple accounts or password changes, confuses them.
Anyway, try the above, then contact *King Support if you have too, see what they say, then get in touch here with the *Saga CMs or *Candy Moderators above.

Hello @fabke - Iām glad everything seems to be back to normal for you now. As far as the lost boosters are concerned, you said you had to reinstall the game. If playing on a mobile device, the boosters and saved lives are stored locally on your device and if you deinstalled/reinstall the game, unfortunately you will lose that info which means you will lose any saved boosters and lives.

@Freddy_ thanks for your advise, with start playing CCS I got everything back except the boosters.
@Origins7_Dale yes now I have for all 1 password, I will make a URL and i have a tablet and laptop but did not use them anymore for a year, @kiara_wael thanks for helping
Clear cache, update, put of mobile helps.
With playing CCS now it game back in my events, I have 1 more diamond now I guess.
