I am asked for my date of birth suddenly today, and then the screen freezes

Suddenly today I am asked for my date of birth. I enter it and press the 'continue' button and nothing is happening! Very frustrating!

asked for date of birth why? then having given it can't continue

playing (or trying to) on FB and having same issue. I put in my DOB and the "continue" option remains greyed out. So cannot play and cant seem to find a solution anywehere.
Do techs or staff read these posts ?

Same thing has happened to me. I cannot play the game there is no way to continue plus I am losing out on my daily spin! I will go back to day 1 now- very annoying.

after you put your DOB in try pressing enter and see if the grey "continue" button changes to green, allowing you to click on it and enter the game.

@jayneromina1203 have you tried typing in each column the year, then the month and then day (as a 2 fig number ) instead of using the arrows? @shuviteer said that this worked for him and then they turned green!
