It still pops up.. it's like it's frozen & doesn't move on

@lynnbell have you tried the standard troubleshooting? Force close all apps and restart your device / Leave your device off for a minimum of ten seconds / Check for any updates for both your device and app / Make sure you have at least the King recommend 2GB of memory free on your device in order for it to run smoothly.
