The error problems you are seeing have been reported to the Candy Crush Game Studio. Work is now going on with the system and they are asking our patience until the work is completed.
Keep checking your game, it should be back to normal soon

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

The server error were way more complicated than expected, therefore the fix is taking this long time.
However, if everything goes as planned a fix for this will come in the next update of the game, version 1.213. It is expected to come 20 October.
I'll keep you updated as soon as the fix has been confirmed!
Thanks for the update. What about compensation for players that paid to progress? Ive missed out on rewards because of this.
Yes, it's frustrating that I'd reached the culmination of my gold chocolate box, was just about to enjoy a free hour's worth of lives and the other bonuses that came with it, only for it to give this message...
