I also have this server issue with the Chocolate box.
On CC Soda I have also lost the default list of friends at the same time.
I have tried the following, to no avail:
Logging Out
Clearing my Cache and all cookies
Restarting my PC
Suspending Adblock
I have the latest update for the site (several days ago)
Using windows 10 on a laptop.
Could there be an issue with the site Geo IP address lists?
We've had issues with other sites because our IP address is a reallocated address from a different country (we are in Australia, our IP address is a reallocated NZ address).
I get issues with the King site every few months:
It loses my game login and frequently does not accept my password. I have to reset my password.
I have NEVER been hacked. We have a robust firewall etc, and all security safeguards up to date.
It loses my King community login details constantly. And I have to re-join (GRR).
I have ALL my passwords secured and backed up, off site,
