If Google Pay have charged you with purchases you don't recognize, please contact Google directly.
All in-app in games and apps on Android devices and handled by Google Play and only Google Play will then have access to your payment details. Please email Google Play Support to check what happened and how to get a refund.

Since all purchases need to be requested and then also confirmed. You will also need to enter your password, pin or similar to get the purchase go through, for this reason accidental purchases do not usually get refunded.
You can reach out directly to Google etc depending on what device you play on and ask if they can refund the purchase, but please be aware that they may deny your request of the reasons above.

That is precisely the problem. I have not entered any PIN or code and have never purchased on Google Play. I play from the PC and on FACEBOOK and the only purchases I have made are those on this platform, destined for Dublin, of which I keep the receipts. I have never received confirmation messages for these purchases. I'm sure!!
