I havent lost any rewards, I missed out on rewards, Candy Crush will not compensate for that. Its a free item. However, I did pay to progress and as a result missed out rewards I was expected to get. I do expect to get some form of compensation for that, like some extra boosters. I paid to progress expecting to get chocolate box rewards, which I didnt get.
Please take it down if itās not fixed. I feel very cheated out of a lot of my prizes I worked for. With out them this game is not very fun, no one wants to be stuck on any given level for a month with out their help. And for this reason I will not buy any. Itās been a long time this hasnāt worked, just take the chocolate box down! Itās frustrating!
I agree! They don't seem to care!! I mean, you would think that they'd be handing out some extra boosters or something seeing as how it's THEIR issue!!! I've tried and tried contacting support and they just don't care!!
It's a free game.. you want boosters? Pay for them . They owe you nothing
Yes it is! However,,, the chocolate box is a part of the game that helps you along the way...SO...if they can't get it FIXED then they should do away with it and do something else!! They do "owe" us something.. a game that works properly... DUH
Don't play it if you don't like it . No one is forcing you to..
