Thanks for commenting about the glaring effect caused by the flashes when you combine any coloring bomb or color bomb with another special candies. Thank you @Kranky_Kath for letting us know. I will tag the CM in charge @Crazy Cat Lad so he is aware of such feedback and may be can pass on your message to the Game Studio for their attention.
In the meantime, the only thing you can do is try to tone down the brightness of your phone when you are playing under daylight lighting to minimise the glaring effect. That's what I would normally do as well when I found some of the candies' effect in the game is too glaring for me.
Hope the above temporary solution can ease your eye sight.
