Can't connect to server
My Candy Crush Saga has not been connecting to the server for many days to a week. It happened either when I made a purchase or was accepting a reward. I didn't get whatever it was. I just kept playing and now realize my progress will never save because I can't log in. I've tried connecting through Facebook and creating a new account. Nothing works. How can I save my progress? I was logged in, but some how it stopped connecting to the server. Candy Crush Soda connects just fine.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

If your error is like below, then unfortunately there is no fix for this at present and all you can do is uninstall and reinstall the game, but if it is a mobile device you will LOSE any Stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
If error is not like below please post a screenshot of your issue and we will try to advise you again

In case of mobile devices, all your stored boosters may be lost due to any problem with the Game app because the boosters are stored locally in the phone memory. Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

My game (candy crush saga) will not connect to the King server either. 11421 -11465 as completed levels are on my computer but not on the server. I downloaded it on a laptop and it shows golden crowns where I got first try but no record if I did complete the level. Right now if my computer crashed those work plus my purchaces and use of gold bars would be completely lost. I daresnt reinstall on my computer else those 3 episodes would be lost. :-(
