👑 King.com game not loading/ login not working

Issue update!
Our tech team released a website update again a few days ago and our data shows that the website is now loading properly and games are working as they should.

Trying to reset password and getting 404 error when linking to the password reset page.
I have been asking for help for WEEKS only responses I have received have been canned that have no reference to my actual issue.
I had to create a NEW account to post this question, but I was above 2000+ on my game and I want to get back to that level, plus all my missing boosters.

Glen, thx but all your suggestions below either A) assume that you already know your password and just want to change it, or B) are pointing to getting the reset email link which is what I am having the issues with, once I click on the link i get the:

The game was working fine yesterday, and now today I just get a blank screen with the king logo into the middle.
I have tried: switching browsers (chrome/explorer), disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, checking my browser is fully updated, clearing my cache and cookies, re-starting my laptop, shutting my laptop down for an hour (not sleep) and restarting, disabling adblocker.
Still have the logo screen. Any ideas?

As I said in my original post, I am on king.com on the pc. I have switched browsers (chrome/explorer/firefox). I have checked my browser is up to date including through your showmemybrowser.com link. I only have one application running-google chrome. I have already cleared my cache and cookies.
