I have not been able to play Candy Crush, Candy Crush Jelly, Candy Crush Soda for going on four days now. How do I get help?
None of these games will load in Facebook. I have no clue on how to fix it. I have asked here before. I have asked on FB, no responses!

I have updated my browser, tried a different browser, Guess my only option is to transfer my progress to King.com? Will work on figuring that out.
I am trying to find the settings button at king.com, there doesn't appear to be one.

To find the settings button open your game, then look for the light reddish looking cogwheel. On a mobile it will be in the bottom left corner. That is the settings button
Ahhh, within a game, then to get my progress over to King.com, does it know that the progress is coming from Facebook?

Glenn, I appreciate your help. I think that King is having major issues. I am not able to bring my progress over from FB. That is one way to resolve an addiction, I guess.😉
