Hello Anniegirl if this was a recent purchase then please note that King is suffering from server issues at the moment. This is probably the reason for your undelivered purchase. Unfortuantely until the server error is fixed you will not be able to contact Player Support as this has also been affected by the server issue.
Once King are back up then that is when you should contact Player Support for your refund/compensation.
