Still having issue from march 2020, no ids , i cant buy lives or anything, store is not working, my id is not showing can you please solve it, its been long time waiting and nothing fixed.
@lolgamer Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center when this is over so they can take a closer look at the issue in your game and device.
my problem is on smasung s8 edge, when i try on iphone it works, i have my phone updated also the game updated idk what else to doo, i tried reboot install and reinstall , after and after. But nothing worked
I lost all my candies ,hammers all of it
I had so many and yet now all ofy stuff are GONE!!!
My things are all gone
@Nour_mo If you lost any purchased items, please email Player Support after the issue has been fixed to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.
Aside from some boosters and gold, I Lost my chocolate box, and it was almost complete
