We are experiencing a temporary server issue which is affecting Candy Crush and several other of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stopping the games to load properly.
Connection issues with your game account, ads and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this.
Our Help Center pages and Player Support contact form are also affected. Therefore you may experience loading issues when finding an article or contacting Player Support.
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

What about the progress I made that I’ve now lost due to this issue? I wanted to buy hammer to get rid of last jelly I had over 9000 orange towards 10000 target and full win streak bundle? Will these be replaced

not happy. Couldn’t purchase booster hammers lost all my lives and boosters. I pay good money for gold and can’t even purchase things and lose all progress

same issues, worth sending an email to find out how this will be compensated for players who have paid to play. Not happy
If i will lost my position, i will unistall this game.... It is annyoing this connection error.

@HandonWay No, all progress is saved and if you lose it you can restore it as soon as the connection issues is fixed.
