@lauraabond @juana24 If you lost any purchased items, please email Player Support to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.
@madmadmad Looks like you got an auto reply by mistake. Did you choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic? Please reply to the auto reply email and let them know that you still need help to restore the levels and your game.
Or did I misunderstand your issue? That you are on the last available level? Please note that level 10 520 is the last level in the game! More levels coming tomorrow.
@Nina_La Try with clearing the cache and cookies on your browser. If that doesn't help. Then please email our Player Support so they can check why your levels are not showing up. Remember to enter the exact same email in the form that you use for your login on Facebook.

it' 1:30 PM and I'm still without new levels ?

The candy box is still no loading on my game. It says server error. Above it said that all issues ad been fixed. I even rebooted my computer thinking that would help before checking here. When will this part be fixed?

I thought it was the connection issue because the splash screen isn't fully loading. New levels are always available to me on Wed. Going forward will they always be on Thursday or is this a one time thing?

The issue has NOT been fixed. Candy Crush is NOT working on facebook. Will not connect. This issue is more than temporary. Has had server problems for two months now. Candy Crush has NOT been fixed for all users.

All my devices are up to date and I have not gotten any new levels on any of them. It's obviously NOT fixed!

My new levels haven’t been released and it’s Thursday morning in Australia and they are normally released Wednesday night here…what’s happened?
